I have been having a lot of fun using the Bosch Universal Plus mixer! Some of my favorite features are the larger bowl (it will hold up to 15# of dough) and the added rim around the edge which makes it easier to hold onto with one hand while scraping out batter with the other. When this machine is turned on its side to use the meat grinder or flaker mill, it is more stable and will not wobble.
The design of the bowl is such that the bottom center of the cone is removeable for ease of cleaning in case you get dough down in the center.
The original Bosch Universal mixer attachments all fit this mixer as well as the dough hook, cookie paddles and whips.
