The Vitalmill is a sturdy compact mill that will fit nicely on your storage shelf.  It will mill up to 5 pounds of dry beans or grain into flour in just minutes.    Stainless steel self-cleaning burrs explode the grain into a medium-coarse grind of  flour in minutes.  The motor is also the lid so it is a little more cumbersome to open and close than the Nutrimill but still worth the money if you need to save.
