Whole 7 grain berries consisting of: Hard red, oat groats, triticale, rye, barley, soft wheat and spelt. For best results in bread us 1/4 of 7 grain to a recipe of whole wheat. Otherwise, the bread is too heavy due to lack of proper gluten content. May substitue 1 T. vital gluten per cup of flour.
