Bronze Chief wheat berries are grown in the mountains and valleys of Montana.  It makes a very tasty bread that is soft and fluffy.  I prefer it for optimal whole grain flavor for bread.  It pairs particularly well with Prairie Gold white wheat for an even lighter loaf of bread.
