Sucanat, 50# Bag-natural dehydrated cane juice.  Excellent for baked goods and managing blood sugar levels. Contains the naturally occuring  molasses(full of iron!).

Sucanat bakes up crisp baked goods.  I like it in my whole grain oatmeal cookies.
